Better gains: Superdrol vs Epistane(Havoc)?

Haven't seen one of these polls yet! For those who have used both. Which did you get better gains (strength/size) on. Not taking sides into effect. Epi has way less for sure.

I have used both --- better gains on sdrol plenty of sides --- close to same gains on epi (3 lb less) with practically no sides.

From what i understand....Superdrol is superior, but it comes with alot more risks and health problems suposedly.

Epistane, is the lesser, but comes with little sides and more of a strength steriod.

read a lot about epistane (never would consider sdrol), and seems there is little debate about the fact the SD has greater positive effects..... I wont vote on poll since i havent taken either (and dont plan to in the next year/maybe ever), but the sides of roids and the positive effects are kind of related. They are both caused by the same thing kind of from what ive read. I dont feel like finding the thread, but it said something to the effect of "saying i want a steroid with zero sides is like saying i want a steroid that doesnt do anything". I dont think anyone argues that SD has a greater positive effect... its just that epi doesnt have all the nasty sides (supposedly) and still has pretty good results

never seen anybody gain anything off an sdrol cycle except a lot of water and maybe some gyno.

I started averaging mass gains from Havoc logs but only have 3 so far with an average of 13.5 pounds. This is high end because of one amazing result. Anyone who has done a cycle of Havoc please give me some numbers and I will average them up. Also tell me if you were bulking or cutting during your cycle.

Seems like SD produces an initial higher gain in bodyweight. Now it could be water too but it also seems like people lose a couple pounds during pct. So at the end of PCT it sounds like gains may be similar between the products.

Good point. Altough I feel Superdrol is pretty dry itself. Strength gains though could be moe regardless of BW gain.

I did a 4 week Havoc cycle and put on 17lbs. (of course some people on the boards refuse to believe it). I was bulking, and went from 185lbs to 202lbs. My cycle was 20/20/30/30. Hope that helps. BTW - keep up the good work, Havoc is a great product.

To the OP, I guess it depends on the risks you're willing to take. I've done both Havoc and SD. SD made me looked ripped after about the first three days I used it, but I didn't gain much weight and it eventually landed me in the hospital. With Havoc, my muscles weren't as hard looking as SD but I had a more successful bulk, with very little sides.

Online logs are just about worthless.

Well honestly I gained 10lbs muscle in 3 weeks on SD and kept all of it. Maybe lost a little strength but that about it. Diet is key. If your looking at noob's taking the drol with burgers day and night, you will get bloated and fat no question. Too many people feel that if they're on the juice they can eat whatever and gain muscle / lose fat. I don't think so.

O'Rly? When I first started SD last year I weighed 230lbs. I have done 2 cycles of SD, and one Havoc and I weigh around 270. My SD cycles were about 6 months ago.

For those who have used SD then EPI/Havoc, did you find that you needed a higher dose on the Epi since you have already used SD. I was on 30mg Epi for 2 weeks and saw mdoerate strength and size but not mind boggling. Thinking I may need 40-50 since I have done a few ph's cycles in the past. Can anyone relate?

Thanks. I do like Havoc, because I feel it's safer. It just seemes like with SD the weight stayed on, but after Havoc I did drop some calories. Have to keep the calories up during PCT, and after. Good experience with both, but with SD might come a little more gains, but is it worth it?

On a side not, I am doing another SD cycle next week lol. I bought two bottles before the ban, and want to use before it gets hot.

Yea I can relate. My first SD cyce was 20 20 30. My second was 20 30 30.

i kept 10lbs on superdrol and i kept 6 pounds on (3weeks) havoc. Superdrol was alot better for gaining but alot more harsh. Havoc is a good gainer that is alot less harsh
