Yea, it is good stuff. You might not notices a huge differance but it has validity. If you want it cheap go to the vet web sites and buy it for your horse!!! Take like 1/3 the dose, which is like 500mg. It will cost you about 8$ for 30months worth.

DMG (N,N-dimethylglycine) is a naturally occuring intermediate if protein metabolism, found in plants and animals. Field studies suggest horses on a DMG rich diet show lower post exercise lactate levels early in training than controls. DMG is also a naturally occuring antioxidant and two studies (Medical College of South Carolina and Clemson University) show an anti-inflammatory effect and support of normal immune function. Some recent laboratory studies showed DMG to work as well as the human drug Pepcid in controlling gastric ulcer occurance, size and severity.
Equine Gold’s DMG is highly concentrated
Lower post exercise lactate levels = quicker recovery.
It is related to TMG and SAMe also."Everything that elevates an individual above the herd and intimidates the neighbor, is henceforth called evil." --Nietzsche.
