in need of some good advice
alright heres my situation. I was doing bill stars 5x5 and everything was goin good, then i joined rugby which is monday and wenday and it is 3 hours long with all running and cardio because they want us to be running machines. I wanted to finish 5x5 but i aint gonna be able to squat 3 times a week because iam always sore the day after and i cant train on practise days cause that would be major over training. I need a new program that doesnt work legs sunday,monday,tuesday,wenday or thrusday, same with chest and front delts(due to when we screw up we do a lot of push ups). I want strength and size with this also so i was thinking everything to be about 5 reps(but if u think different tell me so). I wont be responding to this tread till tomorrow morning(its 10:19 pm now) so i will throw some reps out to good posters tommorrow(even tho they wont do anything)
