So i've been working out since last September...i've noticed that my body makes really good gains and i'm trying to maximize my potential. Recently found a friend thats motivated me to get bigger. My chest has been lacking since i have only started to do chest flyes and flat presses but it will balloon in the next month or so...but i also want to get a 6 pack really bad. The kind of routines me and my friend do are for mass. I have gained about 15-20 lbs of muscle since i've started to work out.. but basically all i wanna know is it possible to still make good gains on my upperbody like i have if i start running alot more and doing alot of cardio trying to get the 6 pack???
