getting really angry now
its pretty much now occuring to me that i am really not genetically inclined to build an upper chest, ive tryed it all and it seems i build all lower and nothing else.

All you can do is flog it for now.
Incline BB bench, incline DB bench and incline DB flyes.
Chuck them all into your chest routine and see what happens, if all else fails I hear they do some rather sexyrific pec implants these days.

you can try cable crossovers using the bottom cables and bringing them up.just make sure to actually cross your arms x.its harder to explain than to do

actually what helped me a lot is the Over Head Press
it helps my shoulders to of course but also my upper chest

here's something more constructive
I helped a guy gain 1/4" on his biceps with 1 workout, and it was definatly volume training
eat that you buncha HIT nazi's
(also helped Jesin gain 6/10 " and Q gained 1/10th", also DoctorX2k2 gained 1/4")

and btw, I can Hammer Curl the 120's dangit!
March: 275+
April: 265
May: 260
June/July/August: 255
Late Sept: 245 (all +/- 2 lbs)

Dude, at a body weight of 160LBS, do you really expect to have like great upper chest development? Go add 50 to 100 LBS to your bench, and 25 pounds of muscle to your body by eating more food, and I imagine your problems will be solved.

^^^ VM is right, you can't expect miracles at that size. Your genetic strong points will always respond earlier and the weak points will take time sorting out.
I remember doing inclines, flat, flyes, machines, high reps, low reps, you name it and my chest just plain sucked. Back was coming along, shoulders responded well, but chest looked like ****. Now it's one of my stronger muscle groups and obviously would look even better if I was ripped. It just took time and putting on more weight.
