Question getting pumped for leg days

how do you guys get pumped for you leg workout days????

Hm...well this could be a post we could do without because I bet there is about 1000000000000 other ones just like this...but since i feel like posting, just do it...i dunno I dont really take time to get prepared for a workout but i do this...

1)Pre-workout meal
2)Stretch and music
3)Start Lifting

not much i do different. Leg day doesn't really kick in until my first warm up set. Then all the sudden I am in the zone and ready to destroy the weights. Lifting is a great stress reliever so i always look forward to it

I get up in the morning and think, "its leg day" lol

I go to the gym, and look at the squat rack and feel lazy, then I remember how much I actually enjoy the pain and all that good stuff.

I try to imagine every rep i'm doing as the quads bulging out, gettin bigger and bigger,and the more pain the more bulging, and it makes me happy
So i look forward to leg day

Other than that, and the music cranked up...I don't really think about the weights i'm gonna do, cause that psychs me out.
