I get up in the morning and think, "its leg day" lol
I go to the gym, and look at the squat rack and feel lazy, then I remember how much I actually enjoy the pain and all that good stuff.
I try to imagine every rep i'm doing as the quads bulging out, gettin bigger and bigger,and the more pain the more bulging, and it makes me happy
So i look forward to leg day
Other than that, and the music cranked up...I don't really think about the weights i'm gonna do, cause that psychs me out.
