The_Guru is here, i understand where IronLog is coming from, it simply lacks thickness! Width is not an issue...
Now i don't know your routine, but it is likely you are UNDERWORKING IT...the back is so large and complex, yet we only hit it with three exercises... NOT GOING TO CUT IT!
You have respectable middle back thickness, but no lower traps, (see my avatar) not much in the rear delt area, and not enough lower back thickness... i presume you deadlift??? Here is a routine that is bound to pack on the pounds...
Warmup:
Lat Pulldown 10+
T-bar Rows(lower traps, rear delts, rhomboids) 3 drop sets(ie. 9 sets total) - hit failure with each set
First set 4-6
Second 6-8
Third 10+
This will exhaust the lower traps and upper rhomboid area.
Now move to cable rows (try and take out bicep by having elbows away from torso, and move the weight by contracting shoulder blades, concentrate on middle back and actually SEEING IT VERY THICK) 4 sets 6-12
Now hit the deads, HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY 4 sets 4-6 reps supersetted with
hyperextensions 4 sets failure(no weight).
This is a complete back thickness builder, which is what you need at the moment. If your up to it, superset the cable rows with R.G Pulldowns, to keep the lat size building. Good luck...

Thickness! My back is alot like yours it's wide but lacks alot of thinkness. Just keep hiting it hard and in time it will get thinker. Also heavy deadlifts do wounders.

other than that, i dont see anything wrong or out of proportion.

you have decent lats, and your middle back is awesome. lat thickness more than anything.
hit it from all angles
wide grips on chins, rows, etc.. i usually hit the lats before the middle cause my lats are weaker so i can go heavier.

To Iron Log, patience is a virtue. Your back is coming along very well. You obviously have the width, but you could definitely concentrate more on your lower back.
Heavy Deadlifts, like all of these "back gurus" have already made so clear, work great. Hyperextensions and Good Mornings also work wonders.
Rome wasn't built in a day...neither is a strong physique. Remember that results don't happen over night. You have to work hard and keep at it for a while, and you'll see results.
And to the "gurus" of this thread, remember that there is always someone bigger, stronger, faster...modesty is a great attribute.
Good progress so far Iron Log and I hope to see what you've come up with later on.

Thanks for the great reply eeSH_davey. I do love the saying 'Rome wasnt built in a day' I use it all the time. I pretty much know this; I have been lifting for over 3 years now and Im no were near what I want to become. Time is a virtue. I will keep training hard. Having my ups and downs, Im sure it will balance out in the end.
Thank you guys very much for the reply's. Im very greatful to see that some people actual give constructive feedback on the boards as I try to give...but there is always those select few (yea right more like 90% of members) that make stupid posts that waste space...Im guilty of it a few times but not very much.
anyways. thanks again and I wish all of you the best of luck as you have wished me.
Happy Growing Brothers!!
peace

haha i didnt expect to be taken so seriously......look i wasnt trying to make u look bad, just wanted to post a picture of how a fully developed back looks like...with no drugs..... still yet to see anyone here be able to match me for size and shape.it prob is one of my best body parts and is a crucial one when it comes to competing and placing.......guess im proud of what i have achieved, considering i started at your age.
oh and as for modesty.....taking into account what i have managed to achieve ...u can ask any one who knows me personally ...how humble and legit i keep everything.
ne way to make a positive comment ur back is at the stage of my 16 yrs old bro, which is not bad but still has a long way to go...but for ur age is good.
ne way heavy deadlifts is the way to go!
p.s u shudnt call ur self ''teeneage genetic freak'' it not very humble
