What is considered too much? Can/Should you do hiit every day, or say 3-4 times a week?

Right now, I am looking to lose weight and keep muscle building, so when I lean out, I still have something there....I'd hate to be scrawny... ;-)

For my situation what should the ratio of cardio/weights be? Maybe... Four days of cardio, 3 days weights?

Dont do HIIT on lifting days. big no no. Some tell you moderate intensity is fine on lifting days, others will tell you to never do cardio in workout days.

Your 4 days of cardio and 3 days of lifting sounds good. If your not seeing the results you like 2-4 weeks from now, add another day of cardio. Be sure your diet is excellent and you have your calories added up right.
