i dont think you could have 14% at 230 unless you 6'9 or have been lifting for very long time.
for avarage individual at 6' 14% BF would be 200-210 i believe considering you have been lifting for year or soWhen you think you’re done you’re only 40% into what your body is capable of doing and that’s just the limits that we put on ourselves. - David Goggins

It's possible to get to 14% in that time but not the best idea. Rushing things isn't always good in weight loss.
I did it though. Seems like we were in similar situations so I'll post a bit more.
I've been a trainer for coming on 11 years off and on. I took a few years off due to a motorcycle accident and worked a computer job and got FAT. I was about 28%, maybe more and 265. I still had a good amount of muscle though which helped.
When I decided I was way too heavy and wanted to start training again, I went Hardcore. I went from 265 to 220 in about 4-5 months. However, I had an advantage of being a trainer and knowing pretty much exactly what to do, I just needed to do it. In retrospect, I think I overtrained.
I went to the gym twice a day 5-6 days per week splitting up weight training from cardio. I was usually working 1-2 muscle groups per day and 40 minutes of cardio, rotating machines and types every few weeks.
Did the normal cutting diet eating often but didn't do carb cycling or low carb. Just ate clean and didn't drink much.
My point is, you can do it if you fully commit yourself and study up and what you need to do but don't freak out if you don't make it to 14% by your goal. You will still be so happy at even 16 or 17% compared to where you are at now.
Take a before picture and compare pics every 3 or 4 weeks for motivation.

While I seriously doubt "all great achievements" have been accomplished in a deadline (come on man, every single great achievement?) your goal is very attainable in 20 weeks. Like I said, I've done it, twice actually. However, study after study shows that people who lose a large amount of weight in short period of time have a much higher probability of gaining it back in the future. Adjusting your lifestyle rather than a hardcore diet and regimen will keep the weight off much longer.
2 lbs a week will be easy the first few months and harder towards the end but you can definitely do it. I was trying to make the point that people tend to only think of the very end goal and that they won't be happy at all until they reach that goal. I was trying to say that you your results all along the way.
