I want to bolk and get big for football next year. I am already working out, have been for the past 2 weeks now havent for only 1 day in that periode of time. I try to everyday but sometimes i dont have time. I am to lazy to post what i do a day, but i am interseted in what you guys say to see if i am doing it right.
I also heard to eat alot to when your bulking. I dont know if those links will help me but i'll try. Hey also if I am running back does running and jump roping effect bulking any? B/c i know running makes you loose calories, would that make you cutting or would it affect bulking any?

If you want to see your results then I suggest you start working out a routine that you can do on a weekly basis. You do need off days, working out two weeks straight with a few off days isnt good if you're going to failure alot. Search the Workout Programs page from the main site and you'll find alot of routines. Or PM me and I'll send you one Im using.
You dont need to work out every day of the week to get big and strong. Some guys see awesome results lifting 3 days a week.
Do some research around the boards and search for some other football stuff, you'll find more in depth answers to your questions there.
