Hi I'm completely new to any sort of forum I'm wanting to compete for the first time in the bikini category of the Ukbff stars of tomorrow in November here's my current stats
Height 155cm
Weight 113lb
Bodyfat 18%
I've decided to compete but I'm not sure on my diet as I would like to lean up bit but hopefully put some more muscle on here's my current diet
Meal 1: 100 grams of oats and a protein shake
Meal 2: 125 grams of salmon/tuna with veggies
Meal 3: 100g turkey/chicken
Meal 4: 100g of oats and protein shake
Meal 5: 100 grams of turkey with veggies
Meal 6: protein shake before bed
I would greatly appreciate any input that can help me towards my goal of competing as I'm not sure if I should be cutting or sticking to this diet or if I have to dehydrate day before show
