I know its possible to lean out while using phs. I know people who leaned out while bulking on them
My question is, if i keep my calories at maintainance level, while doing a M1T cycle, can i see solid muscle gain with good fatloss? What would you guys suggest i should keep my caloric intake at to achieve muscle gain while leaning out?

uhhh damn im sorry, i didnt know your not supposed to ask questions here! Damn....i mean **** have you even bothered reading what i am asking, carefully? I know about caloric intake...but i think i said OPTIMAL...for a combination of muscle gain + fatloss....
how high can a 180 pounder go on m1t and still lose fat?? Thats what i need to know??
