Wtf is so extreme about skateboarding or motocross or doin tricks with bikes? Wtf someone explain this to me

I would assume it's coined the name 'extreme' because what they perform is much more dangerous then your typical sport (Football, basketball etc.)

I've been riding dirtibikes since i was 9. I've never done anything more "extreme" in my life.
Find a someone who has a 125 or 250 racing bike, and go find a big tripple (minimum of 80ft). If you're still alive after the jump, then come back and we'll see if you think it's extreme or not.

I'd take a hit from urlacher straight on with no pads before I tried to do some of the **** skaters and bikers do. Trust me, i used to skateboard.
