    5'11' 3/4'ths without shoes on, 192-195 year round (I don't have a bulking phase...I'd rather stay lean for the ladies). 405 for 6, no bounce, arched back, etc. I don't max out. Haven't maxed out in over a year. I think it's totally useless unless you want something to brag about. If I can't do an exercise for at least 4 reps I don't do it.

    6'2", 237lbs. got 405 for a triple last week. When I was playing football and weighed over 300lbs, I was able to push 225 for 33 reps and max out at 495lbs.
