I bought all my equipment and I'm going to start training strating Monday. Any last minute input/tips for my training/this routine would be great! I'm 18, 6'4 and weigh 155 lbs. Thanks!
Monday (quads/hamstrings)
Barbell Squats 3 sets
Barbell Hack Squats 3 sets
Barbell Deadlifts 3 sets
Dumbell Lunges 3 sets
Leg Extensions 3 sets
Tuesday (chest/triceps)
Bench Press 4 sets
Incline Dumbell Press 3 sets
Straight-Arm Dumbell Pullover 3 sets
Skull Crushers 3 sets
Dumbell Flyes 3 sets
Wednesday (rest)
Thursday (back/biceps)
Bent Over Two Arm Long Bar rows 3 sets
One Arm Dumbell row 2 sets
Deadlifts 4 sets
Concentration Curls 3 sets
One Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl 3 sets (is it pointless to do these in conjunction with concentration curls since their basicaly the same? if it is, should I insert preacher hammer curls instead?)
Barbell Curls 3 sets
Friday (shoulders/calves)
Seated Dumbell Press 3 sets
Side Laterals 3 sets
Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raise 3 sets
Dumbell Seated Calf Raise 3 sets
Barbell Seated Calf Raise 3 sets
