Ty all but u no what's funny I took 2 dif body fat tests one were try pinch ur fat with a machine said I'm 6.2% bf I didn't believe it either lol and then I did the one were I just stand on a scale bare foot said 11% how the he'll am I supposed to no the accurate bf so I no what to work with
