Best source of simple carbs
Being all that I can be is simply not good enough. I will be better.
Body building is 40% lifting, 40% diet and 40% sleep. And it's always going to be 120% dedication.
Power lifters eat to help them lift.
Body Builders lift to help them eat.

My parents are skeptical about me taking too many supplements so I don't want to have any dextrose supplement. Something like gatorade is practical and I can keep it in my fridge w/o getting bitched at.

If you still want to go the high GI route, grape juice would be a good choice.

Simple carbohydrates are monosaccharides and disaccharides occurring naturally in fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. Some examples of simple carbohydrates are glucose, galactose, and fructose, all of which are monosaccharides and, sucrose, lactose, and maltose, all of which are disaccharides.
Most simple carbohydrates elevate blood sugar levels rapidly, providing "instant energy" which is quickly utilized and dissipated. Fructose is an exception. Additionally, refined sources of simple carbohydrates, such as candy, contribute only calories to the diet. These "empty calories" are often consumed in place of foods which would provide important nutrients in addition to the energy

Gatorade is a good choice if looking for dextrose
