I've got this trumpet
I want to blow
It's a perfect song
one we all should know
A song of victory
a song of triumph
My trumpet is clean
my trumpet is loud
I want to blow my trumpet
what a beautiful sound
God touched my heart
He touched my life
I want to blow my trumpet
I want to end my strife
You have a trumpet too you know
you have a trumpet just give it a blow
Pick it up
dust it off
Satan may try
but he cannot stop you from blowing your trumpet
Because Christ paid the cost
Claim your victory
here you go
We will do it together
lets give it a blow

I had just left from a great Revival Service and was at a local food joint and it just came to me. I borrowed a pen from the waitress and jotted it down. This is strange for me, I never write poetry or songs or anything. These things are just coming to me out of the blue, and yes I believe that they are from God.
