    Hey should i train legs

    I know some of u are gonna be like stfu or omg another noob

    but the lat time i trained legs i think was money and they were sore a little but there not sore anymore and i wanted to know if i should train them tomorrow????I luv leg training and the soreness i feel after but i don't wanna over train? how long do legs need full recovery before i can pound them again ?

    with your age it depends on how hard you hit them if you squated like a beast and worked them hard then wait the 48 but if you pussed off alittle and just did some extensions and leg curls with alittle leg press i would say go ahead considering its going into the weekend and it will be three days or so before you train them again

    Ill do some form of heavy swiatting or deadlifting atleast 4 times a week, thats a bare minimum.

    You think you really have enough recovery time? i doubt it. whats your routine like? sounds pretty suss 2 me. Should train legs two times a week maxium.

    I do my legs once a week (fridays). I also keep my deadlift day as far from my leg day as possible, which I do on Mondays. I think once a week is efficient.

    legs are to be train once a week because its a big muscle
    smaller muscles can be trained twice a week
    like bicept's or tricept's

    I know full well exactly what I am doing.

    reember mate, I am much much better conditioned then the average trainer, I am making set consitenet gains. You dont understand my workload, and that I have adapted to some extremele heavy work.

    Id post my routine, but I cant find it now, and I wont write, becasue its a periodized scheme that lasts for more then 6 months. Next week I will dead 3 times, and the week after will be no lower body work.

    I do know what Im doing, mate, so dont you worry.

    Seems random I know, but it works.

    I should have said I keep my squat away from my deadlift. Hmm.. i dont know but I think my deads effect my deads effect my squats more then vice versa. So I give myself more time before squats than I do legs.
