well my leg workouts usally go like this
leg extenstions: 3 sets of 20
Squats:225 x10,275x8,365x5 then i rest , then do 225 till failure and drop to 135 , then so that one more time
heavy stiff leg deadlifts: 225x10,315 x10 , then som drop sets
then some leg curls
and calves i always go pretty heavy 8-12 reps 3 sets with toes pointed straight,in and out..just always tryign new **** , form is everything

No I've never competed.
I've seen most of your pics. Damn impressed as well. And if I recall properly, we have strikingly similar stats. I'm 5'10" and about 170lbs.
