3 Weeks Till My First Figure Competion
"I Am rewriting my post as I was told I had posted in the wrong forum area."
Hey I Am Getting Ready To Do My First Figure Competiton In 3 Weeks. I Have To Say I Am Very Nervouse Now Wondering If I Am Ready For This. My Body Fat At This Point Is At 8.5% But I Am Still Concerned With My Quads. I Would Like To See Them Come In A Little More. At This Time I Am Working Out 6 Days A Week.
And Doing 40 Minutes To 1 Hour Of Cardio A Day. My Problem Is I Have Always Carried My Fat In My Lower Part Of Body. I Am Eating 5 To 6 Small Meals A Day. First Meal Being At 6 Am Everymorning. Would Love For Some Advice On How Other Competiors Has Handled The Last Three Weeks.

hey there! Well your progress is great! congratulations on how far you have come. A few little tips on your posing. front and back pose I think you may want to stand up a little taller it almost looks like you are slouching...side pose is good. As far as bringing in your quads I think they look good and you will be amazed at how much you will change with losing a few pounds of water weight and getting your tan on. Hope this helps! Good luck

I have been working on my posing and tonight my trainer said I have improved a lot. I agree when I looked at my photos that was what i thought also. That is what is so great about photos they don't lie. LOL
Bad news is he told me I was looking a little flat tonight. He told me to lay off the cardio for a few days. Not to mention I had to confess to him I had pretty much taken all the carbs out of my diet. So I am going back to two days with carbs and two days with low carbs. It seems I was looking much better than. I will let you know how it goes this week.
Thanks again!
Michele

You shouldn't do anything too drastically different in the last few weeks than what you've already been doing. If you do so, you'll risk messing up your physique. In all honesty, though, at this time I can't offer too much advice on carb depletion/carb loading for women.
I do know that lots of girls use bikini bite, (or something like that), to help make the skin look tighter around the thighs/buttocks.

Bikini bite is a glue that holds your suit into place.
I will be doing the show in Pensacola before heading out to the Jr. USA's. I did the Panama City show last year, it was great!
