232lbs to 210lbs ASAP
I'm at 232lbs as I type this. I am preparing to come off a week out of the gym, due to injury, tomorrow morning. I'm pumped, can't take this sitting around anymore. Anyway, i feel that if I hit it hard right out of the box, i can drop a few extra pounds pretty quickly. I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions. What type of cardio schedule should i keep? What lifting programs would you recommend? I'm going to try and cut to about 2000 calories a day. Any recommendations on meal and snack choices that could help me stay under that number? I appriciate any recommendations.
