Tuna in Oil vs. Tuna in Water

Which is better for someone who is cutting?

I've been buying the "...in water" versions because water sounds healthier than water.

Should I switch or stay with what I am doing?

Tuna in water is better. Yeah, you need some fat in your diet, but use fresh flax oil instead of eating the old vegetable oil that the tuna in oil comes in.

I prefer tuna in olive oil, otherwise it is just too difficult to eat. I only eat 1 can a day at most so that extra calorie isn't an issue for me.
