Been working out for about 4 months now, and just wondering when all you lot got your first...
"Have You Been Working Out?"
I've got a few 'hints' about my body but it's q.hard to build muscle because i'm 6'3 and when i started i was only 160lbs!
So, just wondering, when did you get that question?

the first time I bulked I went from 145 to 185....people use to ask me if I used roids. I took it as a compliment at the time, however, I looked like crap really because my body fat was so high. If they saw me with my shirt off at the time they probably would have asked how many times I ate at mcdonalds a day lol. Luckily tightening up the diet has brought me down to a healthy bodyweight, and people can actually tell I work out and take my diet seriously.

I've gotten it a "few" times. Like "you can tell mike is working out now he's looking pumped"
BUt alot of times when someone here's me talking about working out to someone else thre like "you work out?? you can't even tell"
Or this kid in my first hour goes "why do you bring food with you everday?" and I"m like "cuase i"m hungry and I want to get bigger" and he's like "oh its not working"

you get that quite a bit at first, but as you eventually see most people you know, it dies down as they already know you have gained some size and are working out. And people who havnt met you before you started lifting havnt seen you any different so dont think anything of it either.

It just built up gradually. After a few months or so people noticed me getting bigger. Now its obvious so people dont ask. Except for people I havet seen in a while. There was one guy I hadnt seen in a few years. Last time he saw me I weighed 170 (220 now). He asks, "have you been working out?" I tell him no, in a confused manner. Like what are you talking about? Then he says, "Yes you have!" Then why did you ask idiot?

People will ask me but the best is when you get invited to the beach and then to peel off your shirt in front of everyone for the first time. I had every girl that went with us feeling my shoulders and my abs and every guy asking me where I work out and what I do etc... its fun lol.

When someone compliments me, I like it. But it seems like the bigger I get, the more I get criticized. It's turning more from "You're looking great man!" to "That's what creatine does for you". People credit supplements for giving me the body I have, which gets really annoying.

Like everyday someone comes up to me and says "Dude, you gotta be on the juice" and im like "Yeah if you mean MILK!! AHAHA!!"
and then like 10 mins later some guys come up to me and want to start a fight, so i take off my shirt and they all run away screaming for their mommys and their arms are flailing overhead.
And then like 10 girls come up to me and ask if they can rub oil all over my body, but im like "yeah right, i gotta go to the gym" cause im that hardcore!!
Then im in the gym and im benching 450 as a warmup and some roided out dude thats like 350lbs ripped comes up to me and says "I need that bench" and i look at his chest and look back at him and say "You sure ****in do!!" and then i take off my shirt and flex and hes all like "Can you be my personal trainer?"
And then on the way home from the gym i ate 23 hamburgers and my buddy is like "Man, i wish i was as big as you, your so huge i can barely fit in this car with you!"
And thats a typical day in my life.Don't Support Companies that are suing me!!
