I swear.. this must be the best tasting protein I've ever had!!! I got fuzzy navel and I've never tasted something so delicious. I eat it with my meals and just mix it with water. Finally a protein that really does taste delicious.
Two thumbs up!

I must admit that the idea of a "citrus-flavored" protein was not appealing to me at all. (I don't like the strawberry flavored proteins I have had in the past.) I finally tried the Fuzzy Navel flavor and realized I have been making a mistake by prejudging. That was the best tasting protein I have ever tasted.
Always learning.

Oh right, "reloaded" or something. Damn, Syntrax has got it going on. With a fat-burning lineup like MM4/Guggulbolic/Beta3, and a muscle-building lineup like Swole V2/Nectar/I****trix, I think I might have to start buying more of their stuff - they definitely seem to be getting more and more attention and respect on these boards. Plus I think they just came out with a new glutamine formula as well.
A quick question about I****trix - do you guys take it with/after meals, or more as a meal-replacement? Or does this really depend on bulking/cutting? Thanks

Purchase your typical economy-class whey (ON 100%, Dymatize Elite, etc) and a tub of something that is higher quality or tastes delicious (or both, like Syntrax Nectar). On your hardest or least favorite workout day, treat yourself to the tastier/higher quality shake post-workout. This will give you motivation to lift that day and will keep you from going through an entire tub of the more expensive stuff in a short amount of time.
Hope this helps some people; getting through that last set of squats is a little more bearable with Fuzzy Navel just around the corner!Creeping while you're sleeping.

A lot of you mentioned earlier that you mix v2, for example, with your protein - is mixing creatine/protein post-workout as effective as taking them separately? I remember when I took the Cell/Nitro Tech stack (don't worry, I'm not an idiot anymore), it said to take the creatine first, and then wait an hour before taking protein. But does it really matter?

"Insulin spike?" Why would there be an insulin spike mixing whey and creatine? There's not really any sugar in that mix to spike your insulin - right?Don't Support Companies that are suing me!!

12-02-2003, 03:40 PM #30A study showed that 50 grams of whey and 50 grams of dextrose had the same effect on an insulin as 100(maybe it was 75) grams of dextrose. Thus showing that whey contributes to an insulin spike so less dextrose is needed yet the creatine is still being used properly.
