im 15 yrs old and 5' 8" but i dont want to ruin any chance of myself getting taller. So i was just wondering.

Zinc doesn't because if it did they would not put it in childerns multi-vitemins [frinstons...etc] or they would not put it in cereal.

How would it?? Its only vitamin and minerals. I think u are thinking ZMA is an External source of test. NO it raises your one natural test to it natural peak. So there would be no complications to your growths plates or anything else attributed to synthetic Hormones.
