I would have to go on a limb and say that it isn't possible to gain "Monster Mass" in 4 weeks. to me adding a monster amount of mass would be somwhere between 30-40 pounds of solid muscle.

If you can do that in 4 weeks you're a better man than, well everyone.

I think its possible that this lifting and nutrition program could provide the gains the author says, but more than likely only in beginners.

Talking The right way to get massive

Leg curls, leg extensions, pec deck . . .

Although i am disspointed there's no concentration curls, how can you get massive without concentration curls?

The routine seems to be geared towards beginnners, but even for a beginner i believe the volume would be too high for most people.

    Yeah, admin really sensationalizes things.

I did manage to gain 30 lbs in 8 weeks to 10 weeks 2 years ago though, but prbly 5 or 6 was fat.

    Thumbs up Great workout!

This workout really worked for me. I dropped an inch off my waisteline and put on 10 pounds of muscle. I went from a max on flat bench of 265 pounds, to a max of 315 pounds at the end of the 4 week program. I've had the most gains of strength and size from this workout, than any other one I have tried. The key for me seemed to be keeping up a steady protein intake, by eating every 2-3 hours. Thanks for the workout!

    Can't hurt to try

I'll be giving it a try over the next 4 weeks. Got a national bodybuilding show coming up end of the month and I wanna look good so any good tips on gaining over the next few weeks is good for me especially a good meal plan.

If I workout in the morning, should I take meal four after my workout and then just push the rest down? Or should I just follow the plan?
