ISSA Trainers - 4 Weeks To MONSTER MASS!
-

I would have to go on a limb and say that it isn't possible to gain "Monster Mass" in 4 weeks. to me adding a monster amount of mass would be somwhere between 30-40 pounds of solid muscle.
If you can do that in 4 weeks you're a better man than, well everyone."Cuts To The Bone"

The right way to get massive
Leg curls, leg extensions, pec deck . . .
Although i am disspointed there's no concentration curls, how can you get massive without concentration curls?"As a man sow shall he reap, and I know that talk is cheap." Heathen - Bob Marley

Great workout!
This workout really worked for me. I dropped an inch off my waisteline and put on 10 pounds of muscle. I went from a max on flat bench of 265 pounds, to a max of 315 pounds at the end of the 4 week program. I've had the most gains of strength and size from this workout, than any other one I have tried. The key for me seemed to be keeping up a steady protein intake, by eating every 2-3 hours. Thanks for the workout!
