right now iam done cutting at 6 percent bodyfat....iam bulking right now until iam 13 percent then cut again......
what percent do u guys bulk until?????

around 13% is probably ideal, but i usually go pretty high cuz right now my main focus is size/strength for football, maybe like 15-18%.

i just bulk until i can't see my abs...and for some reason, i can still see abs at 14%...guess i can bulk till maybe 17-18 then..hehe

It is different tor each person. I can carry 18% fat and not look too bad. I just bulk until I get to whatever target I set for myself. If I start putting on fat too quickly, I adjust my diet. Worst case situation I throw in some cardio. You just have to learn how to work with your own body.
