    Veges Recipes!

    I often made the common mistake of keto dieting - too much protein and not enough fat. I upped the fat and it kinda overshot my caloric intake. My weight and bf% maintained despite all the fat (I finished one stick of butter & 1litre of of heavy whipped cream in 2 weeks )

    I'm toying with the idea of upping my vege intake to make me feel full (currently none-3 cups a day) but I dont really know how to make veges taste good. A lil help?

    Steamed with butter on top
    Steamed with Alfredo sauce on top (made with half and half)
    Steamed with cheese on top
    Marinated with olive oil and herbs

    Boil veg in chicken stock, then liquidize, and serve with cream or flax oil or blue cheese.

    Cook veg in the pan with your meat.

    Swish cooked veg around the pan after you've fried bacon.

    Top with cheese and stick under the grill.

    Drizzle with chili oil and roast for ten minutes.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
