I often made the common mistake of keto dieting - too much protein and not enough fat. I upped the fat and it kinda overshot my caloric intake. My weight and bf% maintained despite all the fat (I finished one stick of butter & 1litre of of heavy whipped cream in 2 weeks)
I'm toying with the idea of upping my vege intake to make me feel full (currently none-3 cups a day) but I dont really know how to make veges taste good. A lil help?![]()
