Dreyer's is using crack!
This ice cream must have crack in it! I can't stop eating it!!! But part of the reason, is because the label is good too  Dreyer's slow churned - No sugar added- light ice cream. 1/2 cup has 110 calories, 4g of fat, 15g carbs(2 fiber,3 sugar, and 6 sugar alcohol )MMMMMMMMMMM I got Mocha Almond Fudge. Just sharing!

Thats the hardest for me. eating right. I spend time with customers, they offer lunch, or I offer lunch and you eat what there is to eat, or what they want to eat. Sometimes its not so good for ya.
My problem lately is my daughter was down last week for spring break so i got some snack food fer her and my son. So....if its in the house I eat it.
Not much discipline I know.

So...I say to a friend that I can't eat what she eats because "I eat funny". So she says "what does funny taste like?". So I say "Like rubber chicken".
