Push up s are only effective for muscle endurance training , to get big you need the heavy benches , dips , db presses and such exercises

push ups aren't very good for chest mass, they are fairly good for endurance though. Just stick with DB/BB bench for building up your chest.

its really moreso what works for you. Some gain mass easier with DBs or BBs. I myself gain mass easier with DBs and strength faster with the BB. Dips are another good exercise for your chest.

any suggestions on QUICK chest mass exercises?
BB or dbs are pretty much equally effective , more of a personal preference thing .............
Good chest workout :
3 sets of flat db or bb press
3 sets of incline db or bb press
3 sets of weighted dips
keep reps beetween 4-6 for each set5'11 @ 220lbs.

Pushups = not good for building chest
Heavy Weighted Pushups = why not just do bench press?Bench: 215x12 (17/12/2011) PR since torn RC
