As a dietary supplement take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) mixed in juice or water, 3 times daily for a 5-7 day loading phase. Thereafter, take 1 heaping teaspoon twice daily. Take in this fashion for 15 days, then go off for 3 days and repeat this cycle.
First off --What do they mean dietary supplement?? Should I take more if I'm trying to gain weight? And when they say repeat the cycle should I repeat the loading too? Or just take 3 days off then take 1 scoop a day for th next 15 days??
