Need Whey Protein Clarification.
I went into the GNC today and asked if they had some ON 100% Whey Protein Isolate and the person went to the back and grabbed a tub and told me that they only had mixed, conctrate/isolate.
I read that isolates are suppose to cause less digestive problems, especially for those who are lactose intolerate like myself, so I'm wondering if this is an isolate and won't cause me too much, if any, problems? I was always under the impression that an Whey Protein Isolates were just Isolates and not a mix of the two.
If someone could help clear this up I'd appreciate it.
