    Benching with a concave chest...

For anyone who doesn't know what a concave chest is, it's when there's a crater directly in the middle of the ribcage which seperates the pec muscles noticeably. Well, I have this in my chest and it causes most of the muscle concentration to be on the sides, or pointing outward if you will. My question... Would having a concave chest limit or make it more difficult to bench press?

It seems I can't do very many reps... but I can get one rep out with a decent amount of weight, it's still weaker than it should be however. I can pick up almost twice what I can bench on the pec deck too... it's really odd. =/

Could it be because more of the chest muscle fibers become more closely linked to the shoulders? It's a possibility I think...
