I think in this case it was just a crazy person that happened to be a cop. Just because he was a cop does not make all cops crazy.

Im saying it was obviously a typo. You corrected me like I thought women was singular. It was an obvious typo because I said "a".

unless that woman was holding a gun or knife to his head or killed someone he knew. there is NO reason that he should have hit her.

Really? What if she had pulled a gun on him just before the video starts. What if she was beating a small child or an animal. What if she shot his wife and daughter just before.

My point is, all you see here is a video. There is absolutely no story backing it that I have seen
