    how long should i take creatine?

    Ok now i know that most of you are gonna tell me to read the sticky but as much as i wanna i cant without falling asleep. So just answer me this one question. How long should i take it for then how long should i stop taking it?

    Normally i cycle my creatine 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off, 4 weeks on, then 4 weeks off and repeat.

    Yeah that's a good guideline to go buy. Personally I just use it until it runs out or until I take a week off, then I cycle off it for about a month then repeat.

    im not gonna say look at the sticky....lol but im gonna tell u look at the label. mine says every 8 weeks take a week off and repeat. i usualy try and stay around that.

    cycling off only is a week for me. i dont see a loss in strength at all while going off.

    i cycle off for 4 weeks. Its to allow the receptors some rest. I didnt see a strenght OR weight loss after cycling off this time...which is really odd. Usually i lose all the water weight but didnt this time and 4 weeks is almost up ( 3 days more)
