what i did
Timing of creatine isn't THAT important per se.. like before workout, before bed things like that. More so is how well it is absorbed at the various timings.
What i'd do is 2 caps before breakfast on non workout days on an empty stomach and 2 caps post workout on workout days. Taking it with an as 'empty' as possible stomach would be optimal.
If you have cash to spare, you can take 2 caps pwo AND 2 caps before breakfast on workout days. This brings your total to 4 caps on workout days and 2 caps on nonworkout days.
