First Ever lean bulk, what do you think?

Im currently cutting at 2300-2500kcals a day with cardio 5x per week and weight training everyday.

Im looking to Lean bulk in he next couple of weeks for a continuous 6-9 months:

Ill be dropping the cardio to 2x per week, 3 at most and the macros im looking at are as follows:

    3100kcal made up of Carbs- 250/260 Fats-90 Protein-305

Ill be looking at mostly getting my carbs from sweet potato, wholegrain breads and rice, bar my post workout sugars, and fats from nuts/nut butters, fish and steak

What are you guys thinking? Any criticisms welcome

Looks very misinformed. Would suggest reading the stickies in the nutrition and workout forums, following an established routine and majorly educating yourself about nutrition.

    - When switching from a cut to a bulk don't just increase your calories at one go, increase by 200~300 a week till you reach your goal calories.

    - Don't do weight training every single day, you need rest days, so go on a proven workout plan not one that you've made yourself.

    - You can get your carbs from other sources rather than sweet potatoes/whole grain (With respect to them being great sources of carbs) but other sources of carbs will be great as well, there's no "Clean food"

    - You don't have to have sugar post workout, that's a myth

    - Fats can be from any source (Avoid trans fat) and not just nuts/fish...

Please read over the stickies as the above poster mentioned, looks like you're missing a lot of basic & vital information.

Thanks for your feed back, Ill look into the workout plans thanks. I get my macros from those sources because i enjoy them, and i find it easier to keep my diet simple, its how ive cut and how i diet, just what works for me.

Sounds like an ineffective plan. Chamelious and Dest0 have given good advice.

Protein is fine at 1 to 1.5 gram per lb. More than that is a missed opportunity to eat more carbs and fat.

    Can you elaborate please?
Apart from the fact that maintenance calories could be lower than expected after a long cut - I'm not aware of any reason you shouldn't jump back to a surplus.

305 protein seems quite high? Although depends on your bodyweight I guess. What's your current weight?
