back pumps
I am starting a cylce of Promagnon 25 next week I've planned a pct and I think I ready to go.
I done a cycle of Halodrol 50 about six weeks ago and had terrible back pains. after much research, I concluded that this was what is called "back pumps." so, now that I am taking the supposedly "h-50 clone," I want to make sure that I don't get these "back pumps."
Can anyone help me with this? is there anything I can take that will help alleviate this pain very close to my butt!

Get some taurine. Haven't used it myself but everyone recommends a few grams per day to get rid of the back pumps.

Are you taking anything else that may contain any NO or Arginine?
But as said above, 2-3g of taurine should help greatly.
Good luck man!

I am taking nothing with Nitric oxide or arginine.
should the taurine be pre-loaded?

Should help as soon as you start feeling pain to take it.
If you want to be safe, might want to take 1-2g upon wakening, and then maybe add another 2g later in the day.
I used to supplement taurine only if I felt any pain from pumps, if I didn't then I just let the taurine that was already in some of my creatine cocktails to get the job done.

what kind of "creatine Cocktails" are you referring to. I have straight-up creatine. however, I know that it doesn't have all the extras, as does other supps. I was taking NO Xplode, but I noticed that there was not significant creatine in it. so, I just bought plain creatine.
any suggestions to take with Promag? Nitric Oxide? Creatine? Should I cut this out until after cycle?
any suggestion would be appreciated.
