im not much into ego but im sick of benching the same weight for the last 7 months or so...i have been stuck on 230 lbs in my bench for 7 MONTHS!!!! and its annoying me to death. i have tried a program i found on bb.com but it hasnt worked for me...it might be because i am still growing...i dont think its nutrition cuz i eat pretty good (healthy) ..i did the dips w/weight, still doing them, i did the tri's the lats the back the neck the bi's the everything....i bench still...its just PI**ING me off......so if there are any useful tips anyone knows that would be helpful.....i would be so greatful .....thnx

13.8" forearms
43.25"chest (unflexed) 45" (back flex)
33" waste
23" thighs(top) 21"( 6" up)
15.3"calves
16" neck
51" shoulders
if you wanna get big, you cant be afraid to gain a little weight.
IF YOU WANNA GET LEAN, YOU CANT BE AFRAID TO LOSE A LITTLE WEIGHT.
