a 'lil spin off of Gennadiy077 thread, the one with the argument about lats and pull ups... after seeing his lats pic, I decided that I'm gonna go crazy on wide grip pull ups and try to develop my lats just like his...
we've seen threads here about legs, bicep, back now lets see them lats and motivate me...

Odin's Volk, a better pose to display your lats would be a front lat spread, rear lat spread, back double bicep, or any other back pose for that matter. Maybe even a picture of you doing pullups or if you swim, see if there's a picture from the side before you're jumping out of the blocks.Originally posted by Odin's Volk

My favorite lat exercises are lat pulldowns and pull-ups (pull-ups being the best exercise in my opinion).
My waist is 29" on contest day. 30-31" at most in the offseason. I'm 5'10" tall.
