    Nutrition Facts for Sashimi?

Does anyone know the nutrition facts for Sashimi?

I know they are high protein, low everything else but does anyone know anything more specific?

I found this page that tells nutrition facts for sushi ( http://www.afcsushi.com/pages/nutrition.html ) but that is with the sticky white rice too.

    Lightbulb

Sashimi is generally just sliced raw fish. All fish has slightly different nutritional values, so you would need to take it on a fish by fish basis, and weigh your slabs to get an accurate measurement.

it's most likely raw tuna, so yeah, you'd need to weigh it and then fitday.com will have nutrition facts for raw tuna.
