    Smile Desperado

Hoping for some advice and help from everyone out there!

I come from a sporting background - used to swim professionally but retired about 2 years ago. Have been having great difficulties trimming down despite quite a vigorous and regular exercise routine.

As I am hoping to trim down without adding on bulk, I was wondering whether anyone had any suggestions to solve this dilemma - be it supplements (any would be acceptable) or other formulas. Am hoping to do this as quickly as possible (despite the fact that I know weight loss is not an overnight scheme). I basically need to look as good as possible within 2 weeks! Guess I might have left it a little late

I look forward to hearing from you all soon.

    Best regards!

Diet would be the main factor. You can take one of two routes for quick weight loss. You can eat protein and veggies for every meal or protein and fat for each meal. Which ever method you choose, be sure to get in at least a gallon of water a day or more.

    MsFit's got it right!
I would add a couple of things to quickly help you.
Eat 5-6 meals evenly spaced throughout the day try not to go three hours without eating. Those meals should be pretty much equal in calories which should be kept around 10 cal/lb of mass, don't go below that in an effort to "lose weight faster" - it will backfire.
Check out the losing fat section and do some reading there's a lot of good suggestions in there.
