    Knee pain while squatting

Today was my leg day and while doing squats my left knee started to hurt real bad. I wasn't doing ATG, just normal parallel squats. Anyone ever had this sort of problem and maybe help me out with it?

I believe there was a post like this a few days ago?

Anyways, i believe some of the problems stated were: too much weight or bad form. Also may want to stretch before squatting as well.

Nah man. The weight was 80kg(180 lbs) which is practically nothing for squat. I always strech before workout and as far as i can tell my form is ok. I tried warming up my knees with some knee circles and a few minutes on a static bike, but didn't help.

Knees going over your feet while squatting? Or are they behind?

You might want to try full squatting. It's easier on your knees.

When people say try full squats, is there any difference between a full squat, and ATG squat?
