How to make a KETO Ice Cafe mocha, like at starbucks?
Ok, i love Ice Cafe Mocha's. I am looking for a keto version.
Basic Ingredients include 3 shots of expresso, whip cream topping, whole milk, ice cubes and chocolate mocha Syrup (reminds me more of hershey's fudged but made from powder and water).

Im assuming the expresso has no calories, i could use heavy whipping cream for the topping and cream in place of the milk. But, what do i do about the chocolate?
I was thinking about experimenting with whey powder, some unsweetened mocha powder and stevia to get the chocolate candy bar flavor.
Any suggestions? I would like to keep it as very few carbs as possible, preferably no carbs!

Good suggestions. You could use sugarless chocolate syrup, depending on how you feel about sweeteners.
and it's 'espresso'. (sorry, I had to do that, I'm a coffee fiend.)

Oh myyy, I just made this - after not having a mocha for two weeks it was AMAZING!
I made my coffee in the pot as usual.
In my cup I used:
3 teaspoons baking cocoa
3 teaspoons splenda
heavy cream to taste
Awesome!
