    My Pictures

Here are some pics I took on Sunday. Warning : I'm 16 years old. I am very skinny. I weigh only 95lbs, and Im 5'3''.

Please give me some suggestions on workouts and some workout tips and what I should do to lead me to my goal. My goal is to have a more defined body.

good photos nasiya, they give a good clear idea of your physique and condition. you are very thin and rather lean, you have almost no definition because you have very little muscle right now. you do not need tips, you need a specialised program. once you start using it, then you may occasionally need tips.
in order to have a more defined body, which is your stated goal, you have to have something to define. your first priority is muscle building.
    here is what i suggest.
do 2 or 3 sessions of weightlifting a week.
    try this -
    session 1 = deadlift, 4 sets, 5 reps. + bench press 3 sets, 5 reps.
    session 2 = deadlift, 4 sets, 5 reps. + donkey calf press 3 sets, 7 reps.
    session 3 = same as 1.
use very strict form and very heavy weight. don't do any cardio or abs. you don't need it and most likely you never will. eat a lot of food, drink a lot of water and get plenty of sleep. after some months you may want to try the different types of deadlifts to shift emphasis. later you might replace some deadlift sessions with squats or lunges. the best instruction on deadlifts or on training in general is in a book called, power to the people, by pavel tsatsouline. go to dragondoor.com

How can you say not to do abs? Abs and lower back are very important to maintain core strength. If you don't do that and lift heavy, you run the risk of injury. I agree that you don't need cardio. Eating properly and starting a lifting program 3 days a week will get you going down the right track. If you can, work with a personal trainer to get you started the right way (show you proper form etc).

    Good luck!

    no abs??

very good question, the answer is even better.
the best ab training for a beginning lifter is deadlifts.
the best training for lower back and "core strength" for anyone is deadlifts.
some one who has been training wrong for years is still a beginning lifter.
about 1 out of 10 "trainers" i have observed are actually benefitting the student. that is terrible odds. better to do your own research with an open and critical mind.

Good question... if you want to gain muscle and definition you have to be prepared to gain weight on the scale..... it is very unlikely you have any fat to lose. I couldn't see the pictures though
