looking good bro, how long did it take you to gain the 8 lbs?
Notice any improvements in strength?
Also what do you plan to do? Keep cutting or bulk more?

it took me about 6 weeks i used swole v2, glutalmine, multi-v, and whey. Crazy strenth gains i broke all my records 295 for bench for one time, i want to mention that i use goats milk in my shake huge differents before i use to use soy milk

yes i got results because i mixed swole 1 scope with scope with v2 for more createne compare to one scope v12 maybe al little stronge but defenetly 2 scoops of v 12 is stronger than 2 scoops of v 2

dats also exactly wat i want..hehe its cool though
coz wer the same weight !!!
im 146..im aiming for 155lbs.. then cutting to get abs....
i dont wna get too big..anywayz...can u help me out here??
i cant take supp. btw..no money..  will it be a lot harder for me to get where u are????

it will be much longer for u without supplements
my routine is
sunday - shoulders 16 sets
mondaty - off
tuesday - biceps 12, triceps 16 sets
wensday- legs 20 sets and abs 16 sets
tursday - back 20 sets, biceps (optinal) 12sets
friday - 0ff
saturday - chest 20 sets, abs 16 sets
16 sets ( 4 different exersices)
8,6,4,6 reps
