Please can someone, anyone, give me advise on what supplements i should be taking pre, during and post workout.
I go to gym 5 times a week
chest monday
back tuesday
shoulders wednesday
legs thursday
arms friday
And i do 25 minutes of HIIT cardio after my weight training
My general diet is solid, 6 meals a day at 40/40/20 ratio carbs protein and fat. i just need advise on during and post nutrition!
I currently take 30grams of protein, 50grams of maltodextrine, 5grams of creatine and 5grams of l-glutamine right after my workout. I am just concerned that since i do cardio after weight training i am using up muscle for energy. Should i take a sports drink(30grams glucose) after weight training, before cardio, to prevent muscle wastage?
