I tried a sample last week before some hard cardio. Definitely more able to get through the workout and cranked up the intensity a few notches.. so much so that I got that nice pukey feeling at the end of it. Good stuff!

I used it before I ran a few miles. It was noticably better, I think that combined with Cittruline Malate will provide great results for an endurance activity. Its a great safe supplement and I was very supprised when I used it.

I would rather masturbate with a cheesegrater than do cardio and C-5 helps me get through it.Also notice much more stamina in jiu-jitsu class.

I did a sponsored log when they first introduced it but I had to stop due to sever stomach issues. Matt from Millennium thought it was a candida die off or something...Gave me serious cramps, lethargy, and made me crave simple sugars like candy... I actually had to miss a couple classes. Really a wierd deal. It subsided the day after I stopped. But many others have tried it and loved it.
